Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the NonStopDialer app and website collect, why, and how you can control it. Contact admin@nonstopdialer.com with any privacy question or request.
1. What we collect
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Account email and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) | To create and secure your account |
| Device identifier | To enforce one-active-device-per-account licensing |
| Imported contact lists — name, phone number, disposition, remarks, call duration | To run the auto-dialer, sync your leads across devices, and back up your work |
| Do Not Call entries you add | To prevent future calls to those numbers, personally and org-wide on team plans |
| Call activity (calls made, duration, outcome) for team accounts | To power the admin portal's team activity reporting and per-agent exports |
| Organization membership and role, for Agency-tier accounts | To manage seats, invites, and admin permissions |
| Contact form submissions (email + message) | To respond to your inquiry |
2. What we don't collect
We don't record or store call audio. NonStopDialer places calls through your device's native calling system; we don't have access to the content of your conversations.
3. Data about people you call
If you import a contact list, the names and phone numbers in that list are stored on our servers so the app can function, including sync and, on team plans, reporting. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and process that data yourself. If someone you've called asks you to remove their information, you can delete it from your list in the app, and it will be removed from our servers as part of the normal sync.
4. Where data is stored and who processes it
Account and lead data is stored on a server we operate, located on infrastructure provisioned through our hosting provider. Two third parties process data on our behalf:
- Paddle.com — processes payment and billing information as merchant of record for paid subscriptions. We don't see or store your card details ourselves.
- Hostinger (SMTP mail) — delivers transactional emails, such as password resets, team invites, and contact form replies.
We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
5. Data retention
We keep account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal account data and associated lead data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about your account by emailing admin@nonstopdialer.com. We'll respond as promptly as we can.
7. Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plain text. Access to the admin portal and export endpoints is protected by authentication. We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, but no system is completely immune to risk, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
NonStopDialer is a business tool for sales teams and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
